This town is located in the north of the province, bordering the province of Valencia. The village is dominated by the white colour of its houses, with curious shapes in the eaves of the roof tiles. It consists of two population centres. The one of Forna is located in the road that leads to Cocentaina, and on the right side there is an Arab Castle, one of the great monuments of the province, with a square floor plan and four rectangular towers, where the great leader Al-Azraq used to live. L'Atzúbia has dramatically changed due to the arrival of foreign residents.
